Overview
Momentum is a personal habit tracking app designed to help users build routines, track daily goals, receive reminders, and optionally sync an account snapshot. This policy explains what information Momentum uses and why.
Information Momentum may store
Momentum may store your name, onboarding preferences, avatar choices, theme selection, habits, goals, reminder settings, completion history, streaks, badges, daily notes, and local app preferences so the app can personalize your experience and show your progress.
Account and cloud sync
You can use Momentum without an account for local habit tracking. If you sign in, Momentum may store account identity, profile information, habits, completions, reminders, and app preferences with your account so your data can be restored on this device or after a new install.
Manual habit tracking
Momentum supports manual tracking for habits such as water, reading, steps, exercise, calories, reflection, skincare, medication, and other routines you create. Momentum does not request external health-data integrations.
Notifications
Notifications are optional. If you allow them, Momentum uses your reminder settings, quiet hours, and habit-specific notification preferences to schedule local reminders on your device.
Premium subscriptions and purchases
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. Momentum uses subscription status to unlock Premium features. Momentum does not receive your full payment card details.
Third-party services
Momentum may use Supabase for account authentication and account snapshot storage, RevenueCat for subscription status management, Apple services for in-app purchases and Sign in with Apple, and Google sign in if you choose that login method.
Tracking and advertising
Momentum does not use third-party advertising profiles and does not track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
Deleting or resetting data
You can reset local app data from Settings. If you are signed in, you can delete your account from Settings; this removes your sign-in identity and cloud Momentum data. Apple subscriptions must still be managed separately through Apple subscriptions.
Children and sensitive information
Momentum is a personal habit tracker and is not intended to collect sensitive personal, medical, financial, or child-directed information. Avoid entering highly sensitive details into habit names or notes.
